In 2014 our founder and CEO, Shakil Haroon came up with the idea for MPIRICA while investigating the best hospital for an immediate family member living abroad and in need of advanced surgical care. After several weeks of research, he realized that easy-to-understand and trustworthy quality information that covered U.S. hospital history of delivering successful outcomes at the procedure level was not readily available.
