According to published reports, SeatGeek has raised a $57 million Series D round led by Glynn Capital and joined by existing investors Accel Partners, Causeway Media Partners, Haystack Partners, Mousse Partners and Technology Crossover Ventures.

SeatGeek is a ticket search engine that helps consumers find tickets to live entertainment. The company's software searches dozens of the biggest ticket sites and presents the results all in one place, with a simple interface designed for speed and savings. Its recommendation engine suggests potential upcoming events based on users' personal tastes and previous purchases. SeatGeek features interactive maps for over 3,000 venues and a system to score the 'best experience' for ticket price. The company was founded in 2009, and acquired competitor FanSnap in late 2013.
