According to FINSMES, Skurt, a rental car delivery startup, has raised $10M in Series A funding. The round was led by Upfront Ventures with participation from BMW, Troy Carter's Cross Culture Ventures, Expansion VC, Greycroft Partners and Magic Johnson.
