Drik, is an affordable, personalized safety testing company. In addition to in silico approaches, we offer both in vivo (non-GLP and GLP with collaboration) and in vitro studies in slice cultures. Our aim is to provide a one-stop shop for services related to toxicology. In vivo studies include acute (maximum tolerated dose), sub-acute and sub-chronic toxicity studies in rat and dog by different routes of exposure. Toxicokinetic studies are offered by multiple routes of exposure including bio analysis of the compound in tissues of interest. Endpoints include body weight changes, food and water consumption, necropsy, clinical pathology, clinical chemistry and histopathology.
