SAN FRANCISCO, CA, Fast-growing mobile photo app with over 35 million downloads on iOS and Android, announced today that it has received $2.3 million in seed funding from prominent investors.
PicCollage, a fast-growing mobile photo app with over 35 million downloads on iOS and Android, today announced a branded content campaign with Interscope Records. PicCollage allows people to combine images, text and stickers as freeform collages and share with friends and followers. With the branding campaign with Interscope, PicCollage users can download customized sticker packs for featured Interscope artists, such as Robin Thicke.

'We want to let people playfully express themselves through images,' said Ching-Mei Chen, co-founder of PicCollage. 'We're really excited about working with Interscope to let our users have fun creating collages with props and images from Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines music video.'

PicCollage also announced today that it has received $2.3 million in seed funding from prominent investors, including 500 Startups, Floodgate Fund, Freestyle Capital, Quest Venture Partners, Sand Hill Angels, XG Ventures and Neil Young and Bob Stevenson (founders of ngmoco and N3TWORK).

'PicCollage is establishing an engaged community within a huge demographic that is hungry to express themselves creatively,' said Ann Miura-Ko, co-founding partner, Floodgate Fund. 'This is an exciting opportunity as brands are eager to connect with these mobile users.'
