PORTLAND, OR, Platform for in-stream commerce on social media networks announced it has secured $2 million from Voyager Capital in an initial close of a series A round.
Chirpify, the only platform for in-stream commerce on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, today announced it has secured $2 million from Voyager Capital in an initial close of a series A round. The company also announced today that Puma, Lil Wayne and Snoop Dogg have signed up as enterprise customers. Combined with the $1.3 million previously secured from Voyager Capital, angel investors Geoff Entress, BuddyTV CEO Andy Liu, former Facebook executive Rudy Gadre, HootSuite CEO Ryan Holmes, and TiE Oregon Angels, today's investment brings Chirpify's total raised to date to $3.3 million.

Chirpify is adding over 300 new users every day and touts a 5 percent conversion rate. In just a year since launching, dozens of the world's most recognizable brands -- enterprise, consumer and music like Adidas, the Portland Trailblazers, Green Day and Keith Richards -- have leveraged the Chirpify platform to transact in-stream on the three largest social platforms. The company continues to add world-class brands on a daily basis.
